How To Book in 3 Easy Steps:
1. Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to book a convenient time slot at our repair centre (slots available from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri). We cannot offer the while you wait service without a prior booking.
2. Book and pay for your repair online. Please make sure you select the ‘Express Repair’ option during the booking
3. Bring your device and a copy of the order confirmation (this will be emailed to you after your online booking)
How Long Does It Take?
Smartphones are repaired in around 30-45 minutes*
Tablets are repaired in around 2-3 hours*
PLEASE NOTE: Timings are not guaranteed if there are complications during the repair and/or additional parts are required. While you wait service is not available for liquid damaged devices and Samsung front glass repairs.
How to Find Us
We are based inside the large Regus building on Park Road in Rickmansworth. There is limited parking available onsite, simply press the intercom at the entrance to the office car park area. If the car park is full there is a public paid car park adjacent to the building. Please go to the main reception area on the ground floor.
Directions from Watford: Head through Croxley Green on Watford Road, then join Scot’s Hill (going towards Rickmansworth) and go down the hill all the way until you reach a small mini roundabout. Our building is located directly to the left of the mini roundabout.
Directions from the M25: Take exit off junction 18, head towards Rickmansworth. At the main roundabout, take the first exit, go down the hill until you reach the mini roundabout. Our building is directly opposite.
